Richmond trampoline assembly

Project duration: 45 minutes

Client wanted to assemble by Christmas 2024 for their son. Assembled from the box. Base, springs and nets secured with screws.

Surrey Hill roof repair

Project duration: 2.5 hour

Roof sheet was crumpled from years of house movement. Leading to water leakage into the ceiling. Pulled impacted sheet out, trimmed to meet the adjusted roof length. Straightened the sheets and placed back. Now there are no leaks from their roof.

South Yarra deck oiling

Project duration: 2 hour

Wooden deck required its yearly maintenance of putting on a fresh coat. Began with light sanding to remove previous damaged oil. Applied 2 layers of oil to all deck surfaces. Now deck looks new and is protected for another year.

Greensborough living room renovation

Old living room with carpet flooring. We removed the carpet, sanded the floorboard below and oiled to bring out the wooden aesthetic. Trims repainted to fit new height of flooring.

Water damage underneath tiles due to leakage from toilet. Replaced damaged floorboard and plasterboard behind cabinet. Added water sealant and replaced toilet, cabinet and tiles.

Rosanna backyard landscaping

Project duration: 1 days

Removed old tiles, leveled the Earth. Placed a cover and then filled back area with white pebbles to give it a clean, modern look. Placed medium sized square charcoal tiles for walking, and providing a stunning contrast with the white pebbles.

Bundoora shower renovation

Project duration: 5 days

Shower base was leaking water. Removed tiles around the shower area, hand rail, shower base, shower hose and tap. Identified leak in pipes and sealed the hole. Replaced damaged floor boards and drywall. Furthermore, replaced tiles and shower base. Combined dual water taps into a single dynamic water tap using mixer, so temperature of the shower water was controlled by a single tap for convenience.
