What are the costs involved in starting a job/project?
We do not charge a call out fee nor do we charge for a quote. The cost of repairs or renovations are priced based on each project, not an hourly rate. Please attach photos, sketches, drafts of your project so we can better understand your project and needs. You can submit this by clicking the 'Get a quote' button. We will review your situation and provide a quote to your nominated email. There will be no addition or hidden fees once the quote is confirmed by both parties and the project begins. However, deviations from the quote will result in a new quote generated to reflect the change in cost of the project.
How quickly can you start a job/project?
Smaller projects can begin from 1 day after the quote is confirmed, and can be completed on the day. Larger projects may take at least 2 weeks before they can begin. This is to source materials from suppliers, obtain permits and preparation. Larger projects are usually completed within 7 business days.
How can I book regular maintenance or regular projects with your team?
We can arrange recurring services. Please specifythat your request will be for a recurring service when you 'Get a quote'. Or call us at we can arrange the recurring service over the phone.
